GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
- Unless stated otherwise in writing, our offers remain open for 30 days from the date they are made.
- Orders accepted by us are governed by the general terms of sale of WINOA ITALIA S.R.L., and accordingly every order becomes final even if the customer does not receive a signed copy of it.
- We reserve the right, whenever reasonable, to break batches up for shipment and, therefore, to bill each partial shipment at the price in effect at the time of shipment.
- Prices do not include duties or taxes and, unless otherwise indicated, they are for goods with standard packaging, handed over at our warehouse and loaded onto the customer’s vehicle.
- We reserve the right to change, at any time and without notice, the chemical and physical characteristics of our products from what is indicated in the catalogue.
- The choice of abrasive (e.g. type and grading) is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any delivery times indicated are only approximate. Nevertheless, the customer may cancel an order if no part of it is shipped within 90 days from the day the order is received, but no right to demand compensation, of any kind whatsoever, shall arise therefrom.
- Loading dates must be arranged with our shipping department, each time, a few days before the vehicle is to be dispatched; otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will load the goods.
We provide our goods ex our warehouse, packaged and loaded onto a vehicle. In our standard packaging, which is included in the price of the goods, 40/60 plastic bags of goods (weighing approx. 25 kg each) are stacked on disposable pallets (measuring approx. 1,200 mm × 800 mm) and then covered with a shrink-wrapped plastic cover. Other packaging (e.g. giant bags, drums, crates) can be provided upon request, and will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
With standard packaging, we recommend that goods be purchased in certain minimum quantities, i.e. multiples of 1,000 kg in the case of sandblasting grit and multiples of 1,500 kg in the case of sawing grit. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept claims for transportation damage.
- Any complaints must reach us in writing within 5 days after receipt of goods. Any replacements must be approved by WINOA ITALIA S.R.L., and only portions of goods that have not been consumed and are still in their original packaging can be eligible for replacement.
- Payments are to be made at our office, and must be made in the form, and by the deadline, specified in the invoice. In the case of any delay in payment, we will have the right to charge interest as per Article 5, paragraph 2, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2002.
- Any disputes that may arise will be settled by the Court of Monza.
